Losing authority
At the beginning of your fast growth in leadership understanding you began to conquer authority among your friends, classmates, family. Every minute of your time to the top you step the higher level. But when you change your priorities, you begin to lose your authority in that community, coz you become impertinent, maybe brazen person a bit. And if this process continues too long people that were gathered around you, will not follow you and your values any long....

Is it that principal to top everywhere and at anytime? Isn't the fruit enough a reward or glory is also required to satisfy one's desires?
